Great to meet you!

I am currently accepting new clients and specialize in trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and depression, supporting adults and seniors navigating life’s challenges. I also work with individuals experiencing adjustment disorders, stress, relationship issues, identity concerns, and substance use.

I believe that everyone has a unique story, and I strive to create a safe, supportive space where you feel comfortable sharing yours. My approach is collaborative and grounded in open communication, allowing us to work together toward your personal goals at a pace that feels right for you.

My approach to therapy

Using a range of evidence-based approaches—including CBT, ACT, EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Narrative Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing—I tailor therapy to meet your individual needs. Whether you’re working through past trauma, managing anxiety or depression, or navigating life transitions, I focus on helping you build insight, develop effective coping strategies, and create meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

I work primarily with adults and seniors, offering a compassionate and nonjudgmental environment where you can feel supported, challenged, and empowered throughout your healing process.
