Welcome, I’m Ken Holt with Integrous Counseling LLC. I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker, Supervisor, and Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor, with over 10 years of experience in behavioral health.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My mission is to provide the highest quality counseling to support healthy adjustment to life changes, recovery from anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, problem gambling, and addictive behaviors.

I provide person centered care, motivational interviewing, trauma informed care, ACT, CBT, EMDR, and mindfulness-based interventions. I will support you with your goals!

What you can expect from our first session

During a session, you can expect a warm introduction, dedicated time identifying and processing your stated needs, exploring options, setting goals, practicing skills, and making commitments to practice between sessions. We will celebrate the successes and persist through the challenges as you accomplish your goals!
