Great to meet you!

I’m a social worker whose been helping individuals and families since 2014. Most recently, I have gained specialized training as a perinatal mental health clinician to support expecting and new parents struggling with mental health issues during pregnancy and postpartum.

My approach to therapy

I use a variety of approaches to help my clients, including cognitive behavioral therapy, client-centered therapy, solution-focused therapy, and motivational interviewing. What all this means is that I work with my clients collaboratively as we find tangible solutions to what they’re struggling with. I use an integrative approach to meet each client’s individual needs and goals in a warm, caring, and nonjudgmental therapeutic environment.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my goal is to provide a safe and comfortable space for you to open up about your current stressors and challenges. It is also a time for me to learn about your history and who you are as a person. This intake process will inform the next steps of collaborating on the best individualized treatment plan for your needs.
