Hi, I’m Kendall Garton, a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master of Arts in Forensic Psychology from the University of Houston-Victoria. Since 2020, I’ve worked in both school and private practice settings, specializing in supporting children and teens with anxiety, depression, and trauma, as well as adult women with similar experiences. I tailor my approach to each client’s unique needs, drawing from various therapeutic modalities to foster growth and healing.

My approach to therapy is client-centered and collaborative, offering affirmation and guidance to help clients feel empowered. I prioritize creating a comfortable, trusting environment where empathy is central to our work. Using techniques such as cognitive-based skills, mindfulness, DBT, and psychoeducation, I tailor each session to the client’s personality and responses, helping them build insight and navigate life’s challenges.
