Great to meet you!

My goal as a therapist is to provide a warm, affirming space to help you heal and live authentically as yourself. My work draws from trauma-informed, feminist, and body-liberated ideologies to create a space that facilitates healing from trauma, exploration of identity, and finding freedom from limiting thoughts and beliefs. My specialties include life transitions, trauma treatment, relationship growth and challenges (kink + poly welcome!), and LGBTQIA+ wellness & identity work.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Therapy is an investment, and I want to be sure each client has clear takeaways from our work together as well as a meaningful sense of direction. I draw from a number of evidence-based and holistic modalities to tailor my approach for each client, including EMDR/adaptive information processing, narrative therapy, and emotion-focused therapy.

What you can expect from our first session

Reaching out for therapeutic help in any of these areas can be a very vulnerable experience. I am committed to establishing a nonjudgmental space where clients can find freedom from shame and discover what lies beyond survival mode.
