Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a strong passion for supporting children, adolescents, and adults. I have worked in non-profit community mental health and outpatient group practices while collaborating with medication management professionals, schools and other supports for my clients. I have supported children and teens in underrepresented and marginalized communities in meeting their basic needs, while also working with families and young adults navigating life transitions, trauma, relational concerns etc. I specialize in trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT), child-parent relationships, attachment-based therapy, motivational interviewing (MI) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). All from a psychodynamic and client-centered approach. I am licensed in Colorado and Pennsylvania.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative and relational. I aim to create a supportive space where children, teens, and young adults feel heard, respected, and empowered. We focus on building a connection, strengthening insight, and navigating challenges together.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my goal is to create a welcoming and comfortable space where the client can begin to feel at ease. We’ll spend time getting to know each other, discussing what brings you to therapy, and identifying any goals or concerns you may have. I’ll ask questions to better understand your experiences, background, and current challenges all while moving at your pace. By the end of our first meeting, we’ll create a plan to help you achieve your goals and a schedule that works for you.
