Great to meet you!

For the past 10 years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals through many of life’s most challenging and transformative moments. As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, grief, relationship concerns, and the everyday stressors that can quietly weigh us down.

My approach to therapy

My approach is deeply person-centered. I believe that healing begins with a strong, genuine therapeutic relationship, so I work to create a safe, warm, and non-judgmental space where you can feel truly heard and understood. Together, we explore your experiences, identify patterns, and uncover the strengths you already carry—helping you move toward greater clarity, balance, and emotional well-being.

What you can expect from me

Whether you’re navigating a major change or simply trying to make sense of the day-to-day, my goal is to walk alongside you with compassion and curiosity, offering support that meets you exactly where you are.
