Great to meet you!

I provide a safe space to navigate depression, family rejection, or gender dysphoria. I work with adults who want to change negative patterns in their lives, improve self-esteem, and get free from problems that have them feeling stuck. My role as a therapist is to give you the support and skills to help you find your way back home to yourself. As a gender specialist, I provide support for transgender and gender diverse adults to explore gender identity and grow into their authentic selves.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and client-centered. We’ll move at your pace toward the goals that are important to you. Warmth, empathy, and listening without judgment are the values I bring to every session. I engage my own work through ongoing personal therapy and supervision.

What you can expect from our first session

As a gender specialist and LGBTQ+ advocate, I provide support for transgender and gender diverse adults to explore gender identity. I’m a passionate ally to the trans community and an active WPATH member, and I facilitate the free local support group. I believe in reducing gatekeeping for gender-affirming care.
