Great to meet you!
I hold a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and a Master's degree in Social Work, which have provided me with a strong foundation in understanding human behavior, social systems, and the factors that influence mental health and well-being. My professional background is rooted in behavioral and mental health services, where I have worked with individuals facing a variety of emotional, psychological, and life challenges.
Throughout my career, I have gained extensive experience in both mental health and healthcare settings, allowing me to support clients with a broad range of needs. My work has included helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, life transitions, behavioral concerns, and challenges related to overall wellness. My healthcare experience has also given me valuable insight into the connection between physical and mental health, enabling me to take a holistic approach to care.
I have worked with diverse populations across different stages of life and from various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. I am passionate about creating a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel comfortable discussing their concerns and working toward their goals.
My approach is client-centered, strengths-based, and collaborative. I believe each person has unique strengths and the capacity for growth and healing. Together, we will identify challenges, build effective coping strategies, and develop practical solutions that support lasting change and improved quality of life.
I am committed to meeting clients where they are and providing compassionate, evidence-based support that empowers them to achieve meaningful personal growth and emotional well-being.
