Great to meet you!

Accepting new patients! Therapy is a wonderful opportunity for individuals to gain a new life perspective, work through challenges, and foster desired change. My job is to unite with you to help clarify your needs and enhance your skills to better tackle life’s challenges. I utilize an integration of evidenced based practices and psychodynamic principles, with a strong emphasis on mindfulness and resilience. Whether a life adjustment or major crisis, the therapeutic process will enhance your ability to move towards greater self-awareness, acceptance and happiness.

I currently offer experience in helping those cope with the new found challenges of divorce and co-parenting. As both an Active Parent and Co-Parenting educator, I find the therapeutic space a wonderful starting point in navigating the stress and pain of divorce. Moreover, I welcome anyone in need of a supportive space to work through life’s challenges.

My approach to therapy

I approach therapy with a holistic environmental perspective and aspire to create a loving, open-minded practice with the understanding that people are shaped by their environment as much as their innate traits and capacities.I look forward to working with you and/or your family to provide tailored, innovative and mindful solutions that fold into your life.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we'll take time to get to know each other — I'll ask about what's bringing you to therapy, your history, and what you're hoping to get out of our work together. It's a space for you to share as much or as little as feels comfortable, and for us to start building a plan tailored to your needs and goals.
