Great to meet you!

Hello! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care in a supportive and nonjudgmental environment. I am from Miami, FL. I have experience helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, and relationship challenges.

I have a special passion for supporting women's mental health, including pregnancy, postpartum, fertility, and the emotional challenges that can come with different stages of life.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should feel like a safe, supportive space where you can openly process your thoughts and emotions without judgment. My approach is warm, collaborative, and centered on building a genuine therapeutic relationship based on trust. I encourage clients to give themselves grace while also working toward meaningful growth and lasting change. Together, we'll create a plan that meets your unique needs and goals.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we'll spend time getting to know each other and building a strong foundation for our work together. I'll learn more about your life, current stressors, and any transitions or challenges you're experiencing. We'll discuss what brings you to therapy, identify your strengths, and work together to create realistic, achievable goals that support meaningful progress. My priority is to ensure you feel comfortable, heard, and supported from the very beginning.
