Great to meet you!

When anxiety, addiction, grief, or family challenges begin affecting your daily life, it can feel overwhelming trying to navigate everything on your own. I work with adults and seniors navigating anxiety, substance use concerns, grief and loss, family issues, and end of life challenges. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling emotionally exhausted, struggling with difficult life circumstances, coping with major transitions, or carrying burdens that have become difficult to manage alone. Whether you're working through recovery, processing loss, navigating family conflict, coping with stress, or facing uncertainty about the future, therapy can provide a supportive space to gain clarity and create meaningful change. My goal is to help you identify practical solutions, strengthen resilience, and build a life that feels more balanced, purposeful, and fulfilling.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy works best when it is collaborative, goal oriented, and built on a strong therapeutic relationship. My approach is client centered and grounded in the belief that you are the expert on your own life while I provide support, guidance, and evidence based tools to help you move forward. I primarily utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients identify unhelpful patterns, develop healthier coping strategies, and create meaningful progress toward their goals. Together, we may explore anxiety, addiction recovery, grief, family concerns, trauma, PTSD, stress management, end of life issues, maternal mental health concerns, and emotional wellbeing. Therapy is tailored to your needs while helping you build confidence, improve coping skills, and create lasting change.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a warm, supportive, and solution focused environment where you feel heard, respected, and encouraged throughout the therapeutic process. During our first session, we'll spend time understanding what brings you to therapy, identifying your goals, and creating a plan that feels realistic and meaningful. As we work together, you can develop healthier coping strategies, greater self awareness, stronger resilience, and increased confidence in your ability to navigate life's challenges. Whether you're facing anxiety, recovery related concerns, grief, family stress, or major life transitions, my goal is to help you feel empowered, supported, and equipped with practical tools to move forward with clarity and hope.
