Great to meet you!

Life can feel especially difficult when anxiety, grief, substance use, trauma, or major life changes begin to affect your relationships, confidence, or day-to-day wellbeing. I work with adults and older adults who may be feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or unsure of what to do next. I support clients navigating anxiety, recovery, grief and loss, trauma, family challenges, major transitions, maternal mental health concerns, and end-of-life issues. With 11 years of experience, I bring a compassionate, practical perspective to therapy and create a space where you can be honest without judgment. My goal is to help you feel understood, regain a sense of control, and develop the tools you need to move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and purpose.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should feel collaborative, practical, and tailored to you. You know your life best, and my role is to listen, understand what you are experiencing, and help you identify realistic steps toward the changes you want to make. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you recognize patterns that may be contributing to anxiety, stress, unhealthy coping, or emotional distress and develop more effective ways of responding. Together, we can explore the experiences behind what you're facing while building practical skills for coping, communication, emotional regulation, and resilience. Your goals will guide our work, and we will adjust our approach as your needs change.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity to slow down, get to know each other, and talk openly about what brings you to therapy. You can expect a warm, supportive environment where you feel heard rather than judged or rushed. We will discuss your current concerns, important experiences that have shaped you, and what you hope to gain from therapy. From there, we can begin identifying meaningful goals and creating a plan that feels realistic for your life. Whether you're working through anxiety, grief, trauma, recovery, family stress, or a major transition, I want you to leave our sessions feeling supported and with a clearer understanding of your next steps. Therapy is a process, and we will work together at a pace that feels comfortable and productive for you.
