Great to meet you!

I’m Kendra Bailey, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Oklahoma. I specialize in working with teens and adults navigating mental health challenges, substance use, and dual diagnoses. My approach combines evidence-based therapies such as CBT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing to help clients develop practical skills and build resilience. I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel empowered to work toward their personal goals.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, supportive, and tailored to each client’s unique needs. I integrate evidence-based practices with creative techniques, such as art-based interventions, to help clients explore their thoughts and emotions in new ways. I focus on building a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can develop coping skills, gain insight, and work toward meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave our sessions feeling supported, energized, and more in tune with their true, authentic selves. I guide clients in finding balance while navigating relationships, life changes, trauma, and stressful situations, offering both practical tools and heartfelt encouragement. Together, we create a space for growth, resilience, and lasting change so you can move forward with confidence and peace.
