Great to meet you!

Hi there—I’m really glad you’re here. Reaching out takes courage, and you don’t have to sort through things on your own. I work with teens, young adults, and adults navigating depression, anxiety, or big life changes. Most of my clients are looking for clarity, confidence, or a sense of direction, and they appreciate a collaborative space that feels supportive and real.

I’m a Licensed Mental Health Therapist and an Indiana University grad (go Hoosiers!). I blend CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness to offer practical, evidence‐based tools tailored to each person. My goal is to create a space where you can explore, heal, and grow at your own pace.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in working with teens, young adults and adults, guiding them through life’s challenges with trust, compassion, and authenticity. My approach centers on building a strong therapeutic alliance where clients feel safe to explore their emotions, heal from past experiences, and grow into their fullest potential. By combining compassionate guidance with adaptability and open-mindedness, I empower young adults to build confidence, embrace change, and discover resilience.

What you can expect from me

In my practice, I draw on evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients reframe negative thought patterns, Motivational Interviewing to strengthen their sense of agency, and Narrative Therapy to empower them to reshape their personal stories. These methods align with my focus on compassionate guidance, adaptability, and empowerment, ensuring that each young adult receives care tailored to their unique journey.
