My approach to therapy

Passionate about serving underserved populations, Kendra focuses on supporting adolescents, Black and Brown communities, and the LGBTQ+ community. She firmly believes that life is about finding meaning and purpose, developing healthy relationships with others and ourselves, and being realistic about our needs and ways to meet those needs. This belief guides her use of solution-focused, person-centered, and existential approaches in her counseling practice.
