Great to meet you!

Hey Y'all!

I look forward to potentially working with you through this journey. It isn't always easy; however, your presence here is the first step towards the change you seek. I have practiced for over 15 years, and my clientele has varied over the years. Over the years, I have assisted others in navigating adjustment issues, anger, anxiety, depression, and stress-related concerns.

My approach to therapy

I strongly believe in the therapeutic alliance and the collaborative work between the client and myself (“Nothing for you, without you.”). I also strive to create a safe space for exploration and growth, empowering those that I serve through active listening, compassion, and support.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, clients can expect to see the therapeutic alliance at work, as we begin trust building (an ongoing process); establish an understanding of each other and our respective and collaborative roles; gentle exploration to gain understanding of what led to the client seeking care, and a compassionate space to explore.
