I lean on my faith a great deal in my life. Even though I am a person of faith, my practice is not faith based. I have worked with people from many different backgrounds and belief systems to help them have the best life possible.

So many people, especially women struggle with self worth, sometimes caused by trauma. My approach is to meet each person where they are right now and incorporate healing to increase their quality of life.

The expectations are improved peace and joy through identifying and healing past trauma. Also, learning boundaries and coping mechanism to improve self worth.
