Great to meet you!

I am passionate about helping clients recognize their strengths and achieve goals. I work with children, adolescents, adults, and families struggling with ADHD, anxiety, depression, anger management, parenting and more.I received my undergraduate degree from Northern Illinois University and a graduate degree from National Louis University. Throughout my mental health career, I have worked in non-profit, youth development, crisis intervention, case management, and more.

My approach to therapy

In therapy, I use DBT, CBT, and various other approaches to help clients in identifying and modification of behaviors. In every case, I am here to guide and support clients as they move toward being their best selves.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a supportive and nonjudgmental environment where they feel heard, respected, and encouraged to grow. In our sessions, we will work together to build insight, develop healthy coping strategies, and set realistic goals that align with your personal values and needs. My approach focuses on creating a space that fosters trust and emotional safety, where clients can explore challenges, build on their strengths, and take meaningful steps toward healing and positive change.
