Great to meet you!

I do my best to practice integrity, humility, competence, transparency, courage, and collaboration in my personal and professional experience. I have spent the last 10 years serving at-risk populations through non-profit organizations in New York, Texas, and Massachusetts. My work brought me into clients' homes, women’s clinics, schools, and therapeutic day programs. This past year, I’ve gained invaluable experience and skills engaging with Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy in a private practice clinic. I currently support clients through telehealth and in-person sessions with customized, eclectic, evidence-based treatment plans. These plans help them gain insights into their habitual thought patterns and behaviors, promoting nonjudgmental awareness and curiosity through the development of emotional and experiential skills.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Every path and person is different and for this reason, I take an eclectic approach to therapy. Along with reflective and intuitive listening practices, I take a trauma-informed, psychodynamic approach when meeting with clients and utilize evidence-based practices such as CBT, Mindfulness-based, and Solution-focused therapy.

What you can expect from our first session

I am here to work with you to identify where support is needed and develop realistic treatment goals that will empower lasting change. As a nature lover and somewhat decent gardener, I know how good it can feel to see the seeds you planted begin to sprout. Care to join me on the journey? Reach out to set up a brief phone call to see if we’d be a good fit.
