As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I am committed to serving adults by providing tools, support and encouragement to help you achieve set goals. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral and Person-Centered techniques to support and challenge my clients. In the counseling session, there is no judgment, but there is accountability.
Clients can expect to be challenged in how they view themselves and others and operate in those interpersonal relationships. Clients will learn how to effectively utilize tools that foster respect, healthy boundaries, balance and mental well-being.
