Great to meet you!

I believe therapy should feel like a space where you can show up exactly as you are without judgment, pressure, or the expectation that you have to have everything figured out.

Maybe you’re feeling stuck, depressed overwhelmed, anxious, or disconnected from yourself. Or maybe, you’re constantly overthinking, questioning yourself, struggling in your relationships, or trying to navigate a season of life that looks very different than you expected. Whatever brings you to therapy, you don’t have to navigate it alone.

I’m Kendra, an LCSW and LCADC with over 8 years of experience in the mental health field. I received my education at Monmouth University. I have a diverse mental health background and primarily work with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions. My approach is warm, individualized, and collaborative, drawing from CBT, mindfulness, and strength-based therapy. I strive to create a space where you feel heard, understood, and supported.
