Great to meet you!

Hello! My name is Kendra and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and a Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC). I have a Masters in Social Work from MSU Denver. I specialize in addiction, trauma, depression and anxiety. I have spent the last three years working in community mental health, which has provided me with a deep understanding of a wide variety of mental health challenges.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is to provide a safe and supportive environment where we can explore your thoughts, feelings, and life challenges together. I enjoy using interventions centered around mindfulness, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

What you can expect from me

During our initial session, you can expect a warm welcome. We will have discussions around confidentiality, your current concerns, and what you hope to achieve through therapy. I am committed to giving every client a safe space. I will work collaboratively with you on your journey towards personal healing and growth.
