Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Kendra! I’m an LCSW with 6 years of practice experience and over 10 years in the mental health health field. I’ve worked with all ages in various settings throughout my career, including inpatient, day treatment, and outpatient. I’m also a program manager for an Intensive In-home therapy program that serves statewide Georgia. I love working with adolescents and young adults experiencing depression, anxiety, and life stressors, as well as members of the LGBTQIA+ community.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach is eclectic and geared toward the specific needs of my clients. I’m intensively trained in DBT and tend to gravitate toward that approach. Other interventions I often pull from are CBT, solution-focused, and strengths-based approaches.

What you can expect from our first session

My clients can expect to leave therapy with a new perspective on life and specific tools and skills to improve their mental health.
