Great to meet you!

Hi

My name is Kendra Rasmussen. I have been a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) for 6+ years and a registered nurse (RN) for 14+ years.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My practice as a PMHNP continuously evolves. I continue my learning through personal experience towards mental and physical wellness, professional development courses and collaboration, and from my patients. We work together as a team to develop plans for the whole body and mind wellness.

What you can expect from our first session

Integration of mindfulness, cognitive behavior therapy, nutrition, sleep hygiene, community engagement, etc., and if needed, medications. Unfortunately, I am not able to prescribe any controlled substance for telehealth patients at this time. I look forward to working together.

Thank you,

Kendra Rasmussen, PMHNP-BC
