My name is Kendra Simpson and I am a LCSW and LISAC with over 20 years of experience. I am committed to helping individuals navigate life's challenges with compassion, empathy and empowering techniques. I offer a holistic, person-centered approach to therapy, blending mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and other evidence-based practices to support healing and growth. My areas of specialization include, but are not limited to, depression, anxiety, addiction, and the stress that can arise from various life events and transitions.
