My approach to therapy

My practice is integrative, weaving together modalities such as Shame-Informed Therapy, Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Play Therapy, Theraplay, and Internal Family Systems (IFS). I’m committed to offering an environment where you can feel fully supported and empowered.
