Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Kendra! I am passionate about helping teens, adults, couples, and families navigate life's challenges while creating a space where they feel heard, supported, and accepted. I began working in the field of mental health and substance use treatment in 2018. I believe therapy is a collaborative process, and my goal is to meet you where you are with compassion, curiosity, and without judgment. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, working through anxiety or depression, facing relationship challenges, navigating a major life transition, or simply looking for personal growth, I'm here to support you.

My approach to therapy

I work best with clients ages 13 and older who are ready for meaningful personal growth, even if they're unsure where to start. I work best with clients who appreciate a balance of relaxed, conversational support and structured, goal oriented guidance. Seeking support is often one of the hardest steps, and I feel honored to walk alongside my clients as they build resilience and create lasting change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we'll get to know each other and talk through what brought you to therapy. We will discuss your current concerns and what you'd like to get out of our work together. I believe the relationship between therapist and client is one of the biggest factors in successful therapy, so I focus on creating a space where you feel safe, supported, and genuinely heard.
