Great to meet you!

My background in crisis management has taught me how to bring calm, steady support to your most overwhelming moments. In our sessions, we will blend Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused tools to help you understand your patterns, tap into your inner motivation, and build practical solutions. Together, we will work at your pace to help you find balance, gain peace of mind, and take meaningful steps toward breaking the old patterns that no longer serve you.

My approach to therapy

We will use collaborative tools like CBT, motivational interviewing and Solution-Focused therapy to gently challenge negative thought patterns and focus on real, manageable steps forward. You don't have to carry this all on your own.

What you can expect from me

Because of my specialized training and deep background in crisis management, I am skilled at creating a steady, safe harbor where you can speak freely. We will explore what brought you to therapy and what your unique goals look like. I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach; I am deeply flexible and will adapt our pacing to exactly what you need. Together, we will start gently looking at the old patterns or coping habits that may have protected you in the past, but just aren't working for you anymore. You are the expert on your life, and I am here to walk alongside you with curiosity, warmth, and actionable support
