Great to meet you!

My goal is to assist clients in navigating and healing from past traumas, emotional challenges, and mental health issues. I believe in the power of self-reflection and emotional exploration, and I strive to create a space that promotes healing and self-awareness. To me, therapy should be a supportive and accountable environment where clients feel understood and empowered on their journey to well-being.

A bit about my approach to therapy

As a psychodynamic clinician, I employ a variety of therapeutic modalities tailored to the unique needs of my clients. These include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Strength-Based Therapy, Trauma-Focused CBT, and Solution-Focused Therapy

What you can expect from our first session

I believe that therapy is a collaborative journey where clients and therapists work together to uncover insights and foster growth. My personal philosophy is that every individual has the capacity for healing and transformation. By creating a safe, supportive, and accountable environment, I aim to empower clients to explore their inner worlds, build resilience, and achieve lasting well-being.
