Great to meet you!

I am a clinical social worker who has worked in behavioral health for 9 years. My experiences include working as a therapist in inpatient and PHP/IOP, Utilization Review, Care management, and private practice. I primarily work with children, adolescents, and adults.

My approach to therapy

My approach for therapy is primarily client led. However, starting therapy can be anxiety producing, and I am here to help guide you along the way. The client and I will create a collaborative approach to ensure that your goals for therapy are addressed.

What you can expect from me

You will have a 15-minute consultation to see if working together is a good fit. This step is important to ensure that your goals and needs align with my skills and knowledge. During this call, your first appointment will be scheduled. You will get an email with a link to all the paperwork that needs to be completed before your first appointment. In the first session, I will gather information regarding your symptoms, history, goals, etc. A specialized treatment plan will also be created for your needs, and this will be discussed during your first session.
