Kenisha Braswell

Hi, my name is Kenisha and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Florida, I received my master's degree from the University of Central Florida. I focus on providing services to women that are struggling with life transitions and past trauma. I have spent the last five years helping women overcome their inability to set boundaries and create inner peace. I enjoy finding new ways to help my clients grow and overcome feelings of anxiety, hopelessness, grief, stress and distress.

I specialize in helping women reclaim their life by developing skills to overcome life’s challenges and maintain healthy boundaries. My strength is helping my clients find their inner peace and overcoming obstacles that get in their way of living a happy life.

The treatment methods that I utilize include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy. Each technique is tailored to meet my client's individual needs.
