Great to meet you!

If you're struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood changes, stress, poor sleep, or simply don't feel like yourself anymore, you don't have to figure it out alone. I'm a dual board-certified Family and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who takes a whole-person approach to mental health care. I look beyond symptoms to understand the full picture, including your emotional health, physical health, lifestyle, relationships, stressors, and personal goals. My goal is to help you feel heard, understand what's happening, and create a personalized path toward feeling more balanced, confident, and like yourself again.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, holistic, and personalized. Rather than focusing only on a diagnosis or prescribing medication without understanding the person behind the symptoms, I take time to explore what may be contributing to how you're feeling. When appropriate, treatment may include psychiatric medication management, supportive therapy, lifestyle and wellness strategies, and practical tools you can use between sessions. Together, we'll create a plan that fits your needs, values, and goals while helping you build lasting skills for emotional wellness.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a conversation, not just a checklist of symptoms. We'll talk about what you're experiencing, how it's affecting your daily life, your health and medication history, current stressors, relationships, lifestyle, and what you hope will change. I'll help you make sense of what may be contributing to your symptoms, answer your questions, and discuss treatment options with you. You'll leave with a clearer understanding of what's happening and a personalized plan for moving forward.
