Great to meet you!

Hello, and welcome!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with about 10 years of experience in the field of social work and the past 4 years providing clinical therapy. I bring a warm, supportive, and down-to-earth approach, and I’m here to help you feel comfortable, understood, and supported from the very start.

My work is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), trauma-informed care, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Family Systems Therapy. I also use strengths-based and person-centered approaches to help you build on what’s already within you. As a bilingual Spanish-speaking clinician and a proud Hispanic provider, I strive to create a culturally sensitive and inclusive space where you feel safe to be your authentic self.

My approach to therapy

I believe that even the most difficult experiences can become part of a larger story of resilience and growth. You are not defined by what you’ve been through.

I offer a supportive space where you can be open and feel understood. Together, we’ll work through what’s been weighing on you, make sense of your experiences, and find ways to move forward. My goal is to help you feel more confident, less stuck, and better able to show up for yourself and others. I work with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, and loss, offering a supportive space where you can begin to process, heal, and grow.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other in a comfortable, supportive space. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, your background, and what you’re hoping to achieve. You’re welcome to share at your own pace—there’s no pressure to have everything figured out. From there, we’ll begin to identify your goals and how we can work together moving forward. Future sessions will build on this foundation, creating a space where you feel supported, understood, and able to make meaningful progress.
