My counseling style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with compassion and respect. My therapeutic approach is eclectic and holistic, using integrative approaches, such as mindfulness, cognitive-behavioral, and psychodynamic therapies. I am client-centered, and our sessions and treatment plan are tailored to address your specific needs.
