Welcome! I'm a licensed Clinical Social Worker with a passion for supporting clients in achieving their goals. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, intimacy related issues, and depression.

A bit about my approach to therapy

At times we all need some form of help. In practice I work with clients to identify their goals and believe in creating an empowering and non-judgmental environment for treatment. I utilize a variety of approaches with clients including CBT, DBT, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, strength based, and solution focused.

I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you.
