Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed creative arts psychotherapist with 8 years of experience working with adults in psychiatric settings. I work with people from many cultural backgrounds and across different stages of adulthood. I’m bilingual and offer therapy in both English and Spanish. Above all, I value meeting you as a whole person, not just a diagnosis or problem.

My approach to therapy

My work is grounded in humanistic, existential, and relational therapy. This means I focus on understanding your lived experience, your values, and the meaning you make of your life. I believe healing happens through a genuine, supportive relationship and a space where you feel seen, heard, and respected. As a creative arts psychotherapist, I may also invite creative expression when it feels helpful—no artistic experience is ever required.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, what you’re hoping for, and any concerns you may have. There’s no pressure to share everything at once. We’ll move at your pace, and my goal is for you to leave feeling supported, understood, and more comfortable about taking this next step.
