Great to meet you!

I have been in private practice for several years since earning my Masters in Professional Counseling from Webster University. I specialize in Men's issues, Life Cycle changes, grief, and aging. I enjoy helping people, in particular men, adjust their ideas about relationships so that they can enjoy their relationships to the fullest.

My approach to therapy

I use a very open and collaborative style of therapy. My primary modalities are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment therapy. I am always willing to adapt to the client's particular needs and circumstances.

What you can expect from me

I like to think of the first session as something like a job interview. I will our time to gather as much information about you and your life as possible. You will be evaluating me to see if you believe that my style would be a good match for you.
