KENNETH ENGLAND

The majority of my work experience as a therapist has been in Trauma and Addiction. My therapeutic specialties are Trauma, Addiction and Anxiety.

I utilize CBT as a base therapy and multiple trauma therapies including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) and TRIP (Trauma Regulation Integration Process). I also work from a Motivation Interviewing perspective, not super directive.

Clients can expect to be heard and understood by me, regardless of the focus of therapy. They can also expect to leave sessions with strategies to address their issues as well as follow up on those strategies to fine tune their personal tools in following sessions.
