As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, with experience working in private practice, facilities, and in other mental health provider roles, I believe in prioritizing mental health as a key to happiness and stability in life.

Seeking help can be one of the hardest parts, so congratulations on taking that step! I’ve been practicing for over 30 years, but in the last decade, have shifted my main focus to assisting clients struggling with roadblocks in their life journey and with those wanting to learn and grow and develop character and resilience.

I received my Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy from the Loma Linda University. I am licensed in Utah and California, I offer convenient and confidential online counseling. I'm a seasoned practitioner with experience working with individuals and families with expertise in working with adults and teens in Individual, Couples, Family and Group Therapy.

I excel in working with depression, anxiety, dependency issues, substance/alcohol use and trauma/abuse recovery, with an interest in death and dying and grieving. I'm gifted and passionate in helping to restore healing, growth, and assisting clients work through challenges. I also have experience working with loss, grief, loss, and end of life issues. I have worked with addictions including Alcoholism/Substance Use/12 Step Recovery/Pornography; Christian Counseling; Divorce and Remarriage; and Family of Origin Issues.

I'm an empowering, caring, empathic, and ethical professional. I care a great deal for those I serve, utilize decades of professional/personal experience to assist clients navigate to restore or create balance/well-being. I a dependable and consistent, provide multiple tools/skills/interventions and education along with facilitating goals you choose.

Each person and family are unique. You have your own personal experiences, personalities, and life story. I listen to your story and work on getting to know you, identify your needs and wants, and move toward implementing solutions and assisting you to navigate your own growth journey.
