Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Kenneth Holland, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I’ve worked in mental health care for nearly a decade, supporting people in hospitals, schools, and community settings. I have a Master’s in Nursing from the University of St. Francis and specialize in treating depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, psychosis, and substance use. I take a down-to-earth, compassionate approach and believe in working together to find what helps you feel more balanced and in control. Mental health care doesn’t have to be intimidating—I’m here to help you feel supported every step of the way.

My approach to therapy

My approach is supportive, honest, and focused on helping you feel better in a way that makes sense for your life. I listen closely, explain things clearly, and work with you to create a plan that fits your needs and goals. I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, psychosis, and substance use—always with compassion and respect. You’re never just a diagnosis to me—we’ll figure things out together, step by step.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a calm, supportive space where you feel heard and respected. My goal is to help you understand what you’re going through, explore what’s working (and what’s not), and build practical tools you can use every day. We’ll work together at your pace, focusing on real progress—whether that’s feeling more in control, managing symptoms, or just getting through tough moments.
