Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Kenneth Lee, a Licensed Professional Counselor in Tucson, Arizona. I earned my Master’s in Counseling from the University of Arizona and am passionate about expanding my skills through advanced training. My background in community public health shaped my commitment to creating safe, compassionate spaces where people can heal and grow. I’m here to help you navigate challenges and find your inner strength.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My therapy approach is centered on empathy, collaboration, and evidence-based practices. I tailor my methods to each client’s unique needs, creating a supportive space where they feel heard and understood. With advanced training in Pain Reprocessing Therapy, EMDR, ACT, and the Gottman Method, I help individuals and couples work through chronic pain, trauma, emotional struggles, and relationship challenges. My goal is to empower clients toward healing, growth, and resilience.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients can expect a safe, supportive space where they feel heard and understood. Together, we’ll work toward tangible goals, whether it's managing chronic pain, overcoming trauma, improving relationships, or building emotional resilience. My goal is to help clients gain practical tools for growth, healing, and personal empowerment, while fostering a compassionate environment where they can thrive at their own pace.
