Great to meet you!

I work with men dealing with anxiety, trauma, stress, irritability, and the pressure of constantly feeling “on.” As a Navy combat veteran and therapist, I tend to take a practical, direct, and collaborative approach while helping clients better understand patterns, improve emotional awareness, and develop healthier ways of coping and communicating.

My approach to therapy

I take a collaborative and solution-oriented approach to therapy that is both practical and direct. I help men better understand patterns related to anxiety, trauma, stress, and relationships while building healthier ways of coping and communicating. My work may include EMDR, mindfulness, behavioral strategies, and traditional talk therapy depending on the client’s goals and preferences.

What you can expect from me

The first session is focused on understanding what’s bringing you to therapy, the stressors or patterns you’ve been dealing with, and what you would like to improve moving forward. I aim to create a collaborative and grounded environment where clients can speak openly without feeling judged or pressured.
