Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Dr. Ken Martz. I’m a licensed psychologist who works with high-achieving men who often feel stuck, overwhelmed, or like they’re carrying the weight of everything alone. With 30 years of experience, I specialize in making a safe space to explore anxiety and panic, as well as related issues such as business growth, relationships, addiction and trauma. My approach combines evidence-based therapy, a safe environment, compassionate perseverance, and direct non-nonsense tools with a deep understanding of performance pressure, identity, and emotional resilience. If you’ve built a successful life but still feel like something’s missing, I help you explore that with honesty, clarity, and real tools for change.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, focused, and practical. I work with high-performing men who are ready to go beyond surface-level strategies and explore what’s really holding them back — whether it’s self-doubt, stress, or hidden fears. Sessions are grounded in evidence-based methods like cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and performance psychology, but always tailored to you. I’m not here to just listen — I’m here to help you think more clearly, feel more in control, and lead with more confidence and ease in every part of your life.

What you can expect from me

Clients often leave our sessions with more clarity, emotional insight, and a renewed sense of control. You can expect a space that’s confidential, direct, and judgment-free — where you can be honest and get real about what’s really going on beneath the surface. Whether it’s building confidence, breaking out of old patterns, or learning to lead without burnout, we’ll work toward meaningful change that feels both achievable and sustainable.
