I have an eclectic combination of specialties including, SFBT, EMDR, CBT, Gottman's couples therapy, addictions counseling. and life experiences including 38 years of marriage, Gulf war veteran, pastor, father, grandfather, and friend. My goal is to help you find the insight you need for change in thought and emotional regulation. Supportive listening, goal setting, and coping skill development that allows you experience personal change.
