Great to meet you!

The greatest gift you can give yourself is to know and understand your own story. More importantly, knowing and understanding when it’s time for a change in that story. I have been working in human services for over 18 years with an objective of helping everyday people get their own needs met.

My approach to therapy

Grounded in a trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and client-centered framework. I believe in creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their experiences, identities, and emotions with authenticity and support. I integrate modalities such as psychodynamic therapy, somatic practices, and parts work to address the root causes of distress while honoring the wisdom of the body.

What you can expect from me

I enjoy working with women and men on common issues related to work-life balance, parenting/co-parenting, relationship issues, sexual issues, stress, anxiety and depression. In other words, the human condition. My main approach is to help you stop living for your limitations and to start genuinely feeling better about your decisions and how you experience life.
