Great to meet you!

Healing takes courage, and I'm here to make that first step feel safe. I'm Kennitra, a Licensed

Clinical Social Worker who believes that everyone carries more strength than they realize. My

work is about helping you find yours. Whether you're navigating anxiety, grief, relationship

strain, or a season of life that just feels heavy, we'll build real, practical tools together while

moving toward the goals that matter most to you. I look forward to walking this path with

you.

My approach to therapy

I believe healing begins with feeling seen, heard, and supported. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, strengths-based, and tailored to your unique needs and goals. Together, we'll build practical tools to navigate anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, grief, life transitions, relationship concerns, and behavioral challenges while strengthening resilience and helping you live a healthier, more balanced life. My goal is to help you leave each session feeling empowered, hopeful, and equipped to continue your journey to wellness.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, but you don't have to do it alone. Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another in a comfortable, supportive, and judgment-free environment. I'll take the time to understand your story, listen to your concerns, and learn about the goals you hope to achieve. Together, we'll create a personalized plan that builds on your strengths, supports your healing, and empowers you to move forward with confidence and hope.
