Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) based in Massachusetts. I earned my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lesley University and my professional background includes serving as a School Adjustment Counselor at Milton High School.

I support clients throughout the school year, helping them navigate emotional, social, and behavioral situations. Additionally, I offer a 6-8 session solution-based therapy module specifically available specifically during the summer.

Throughout my career, I have worked extensively with adolescents, young adults, and their families in diverse educational and clinical settings. I support the emotional, social, and behavioral development of a large caseload of students where I have developed a strong background in helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, stress management, and ADHD. Additionally, I am deeply experienced in supporting clients as they work through complex relationship dynamics, family issues, and trauma.

My approach to therapy

My practice is fundamentally client-focused, empowering, and affirming. I believe that you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to help you unlock the tools you need to thrive.

I am highly comfortable utilizing evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing, which I frequently weave into Strength-Based and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy frameworks.

Therapy can sometimes feel daunting, and I strive to make the process as approachable as possible. I believe that healing doesn't have to be clinical or stiff—bringing warmth, authenticity, and humor into the room is an essential part of how I build genuine connections with my clients. We will work collaboratively to identify your strengths and use them as a foundation to overcome personal and environmental obstacles.

What you can expect from me

From our very first session, you can expect a safe, non-judgmental space where you feel truly heard and validated. The first session is all about establishing trust, understanding your unique story, and collaboratively mapping out your goals. You should walk away from our first meeting feeling a sense of relief and equipped with at least one tangible strategy to start navigating the challenges that brought you to therapy.

As we continue our work together, you can expect to build a personalized toolkit equipped to navigate challenges. My ultimate goal is to help you foster resilience, increase self-awareness, and empower you to make meaningful, lasting changes in your life and relationships.
