Great to meet you!

Life can feel exhausting when your mind won't slow down, anxiety starts taking over, your relationships feel strained, or you're trying to balance everyday life while managing a chronic health condition. Maybe you're tired of overthinking, struggling to stay focused, or feeling like no one understands what you're carrying. I work with teens and adults who are ready to stop just getting by and start feeling more in control of their lives. My goal is to help you find practical solutions that bring more confidence, peace, and balance to your everyday life.

My approach to therapy

We'll focus on what's happening in your life today and find realistic ways to make it better. Whether you're dealing with ADHD, panic attacks, relationship challenges, or feeling overwhelmed by stress, we'll identify what's getting in your way and build simple strategies you can actually use. My goal is to help you feel more confident, communicate more effectively, and handle life's challenges without feeling like they're constantly controlling you.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is simply a conversation where you can be yourself. We'll talk about what's been weighing on you, what you want to change, and what life would look like if things started improving. You don't need to have all the answers before you begin. My goal is for you to leave your first session feeling understood, encouraged, and with a clear plan for what comes next.
