Great to meet you!

I am a compassionate, culturally competent, and holistically grounded therapist dedicated to serving individuals, families, and communities. My practice is built on deep community competence and specialized, continuous clinical training across several core areas:

  • Addiction & Recovery Care (CASAC-M & International Credential): Long-standing expertise in substance use disorders, co-occurring conditions, and family recovery.
  • Somatic & Trauma Healing: Specialized training in body-based trauma techniques, Polyvagal Theory, and somatic approaches.
  • Neurodiversity & Autism Support: Neurodiversity-affirming care, interoceptive awareness skills, and support for autistic individuals and their families.
  • Geriatric & Older Adult Care: Specialized support for older adults, family caregivers, individuals navigating Alzheimer's/dementia, and end-of-life care.
  • Integrative Mental Health: Incorporating nutritional, environmental, and whole-person wellness strategies.

My approach to therapy

My clinical approach is integrative and trauma-informed, grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), supportive psychotherapy, and mind-body wellness. I believe in meeting you where you are, using evidence-based practices to help you develop practical tools, build resilience, and enhance self-awareness. We will work collaboratively to treat the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—creating a path forward that feels authentic, manageable, and tailored to your unique goals.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect an empathetic, welcoming, and non-judgmental space where your voice is heard and your story is honored. We will take time to discuss what brings you to therapy, explore your current needs and background, and answer any questions you have. Together, we will begin outlining a personalized, collaborative plan for your care so you leave feeling supported, understood, and clear about our next steps.
