Great to meet you!

Clients often describe me as compassionate, validating, and down-to-earth. I specialize in working with individuals navigating life transitions, identity exploration, trauma, and mood disorders. I create a therapeutic space where clients can show up as their full selves—without judgment.

My approach to therapy

I draw from a blend of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy, tailoring sessions to meet your unique needs and values. Therapy with me is collaborative, goal-oriented, and emotionally safe. Whether you’re seeking clarity, healing, or a place to simply breathe, you’re welcome here.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions feeling seen, heard, and emotionally supported. While the pace of therapy is tailored to each person, sessions are designed to build insight, foster emotional regulation, and develop practical coping tools that can be used outside of the therapy room. Together, we work on identifying patterns, challenging unhelpful thoughts, processing past experiences, and developing healthier responses to life’s stressors.
